Mr. Adil Saeed has been with the firm since 2016 and appears regularly before the Superior Courts of Pakistan and Special Tribunals. His areas of practice include Tax, Labour & Employment, Constitutional, Civil, Commercial, Competition, Property, Banking, International Trade and Succession laws. He routinely advises clients on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Clients he has advised or represented include, but are not limited to, Procter & Gamble, Indus Motor Company, Teradata, National Foods, Gul Ahmed Textiles, Hilton Pharma, Sanofi-Aventis, Aisha Steel, Mashreq Bank, National Bank, MCB Bank, Allied Bank, UBL, Faysal Bank, Meezan Bank, Central Depository Company, the Insurance Industry of Pakistan, Telenor and PTCL.
He has played an active role in defending various Anti-Dumping Duties levied by the National Tariff Commission. He has been a part of various landmark cases, including a public interest litigation where the firm successfully challenged an award of a government tender involving life-saving medicines, which was consequently set aside.
He completed his O & A levels from schools in Pakistan and Srilanka respectively. While studying economics at the Aston Business School, he discovered his true calling and decided to pursue a degree in law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of London in 2016.
