Jawad Ahmed Qureshi is an Advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan. He graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) Degree from King’s College London in 2009 and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at Lincoln’s Inn in 2010. He joined the firm in 2012 and became a Partner in 2016.
He appears before the High Courts as well as administrative tribunals in Pakistan. He has gained substantial experience in commercial and constitutional litigation with a particular focus on taxation, judicial review and regulatory issues. He has worked closely with the Senior Partner, Mr. Khalid Anwer, on a number of taxation, real estate and landmark constitutional cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
He also regularly advises on a range of legal issues on an ongoing basis to a number of the firm’s clients such as, Fatima Group, National Foods, Pepsi-Cola International, Continental Biscuits, Fauji Fertilizer and University of London, amongst others.
