Our firm secured relief for 10 Independent Power Producers (IPPs) in the Supreme Court against sovereign guarantee defaults and successfully represented major oil & gas IPPs in billion-rupee ADR proceedings.

 

We advised Sui Southern Gas Company on a $5 billion LNG Terminal dispute and represented Pakistan State Oil in a Competition Commission case, securing approvals for its Pakistan Refinery Ltd. acquisition. Our victories include a Rs. 5.5 billion relief for Fauji Fertilizer and a Supreme Court win for PepsiCo against Bolan Beverages in a franchise dispute.
