Associates
Associates join our litigation and corporate teams and work closely with the partners from the start: researching and drafting pleadings, briefs and opinions, preparing cases for the superior courts and tribunals, and advising clients on transactions and regulatory matters.
What we look for
- A law degree and enrolment, or eligibility to enrol, as an advocate
- Clear, careful legal writing and research
- Sound judgement and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A commitment to the highest professional standards
For students and recent graduates
Internships
Our internships give law students and recent graduates a first-hand view of litigation and advisory work. Interns assist the firm’s lawyers with legal research, drafting and the preparation of cases.
What we look for
- Law students in the later years of their degree, or recent graduates
- A strong academic record
- Good written and spoken English
- Curiosity and attention to detail
